Pets are welcome on our listings. We will provide sheets and blankets to cover furniture your pets with to lounge on. Please pickup after pets. There will be a fee, should your pet cause any damages to our property.

Our chief focus is customer service, and we are passionate about providing guests affordable, beautiful, and comfortable spaces and a relaxing experience for their travel to the Los Angeles area. We are extremely responsive to messages on all of our platforms, and are always available to answer questions about our spaces and provide neighborhood recommendations.
We follow Covid-19 cleaning guidelines, each unit is thoroughly sanitized before each Guest’s arrival. We also follow local and state guidelines for Covid-19, so at the time when group gatherings are banned by any authority, we will not allow it.
Any guest caught using any of our listings for large gatherings or in violation of local Covid-19 ordinances will immediately forfeit their reservation and deposit.
Cancellation Terms: Cancellation seven or more days before check-in time will be refunded. Guests cancelling in less than seven days before check-in will be charges the first night of the deposit.
Pet Damages: We reserve the right to charge a fee depending on the severity of pet damages to our property caused by your pets.
